For hardware shops that take cash, MoMo and credit

Know by seven o'clock whether today adds up.

Valekora is the till, the stock book and the closing ledger in one. Cashiers sell offline, managers count the drawer blind, and you approve the day from wherever you are.

Four ways money comes in. One place it adds up.

Cash, MTN MoMo, Orange Money and credit keep the same colour on every screen, so a cashier and an owner read a day the same way.

Built for the way a hardware shop actually runs

Bags, bars and sheets sold at negotiated prices, customers on credit, power cuts in the afternoon. Valekora plans for all of it.

Sells without a connection

Every sale is saved on the phone first and syncs when the network is back. The header says how many are waiting.

Split one sale four ways

Part cash, part MoMo, part credit. The cashier can't finish until every franc is placed.

Blind cash count

The manager counts the drawer before the app shows what it expected. The count is theirs.

Approvals that wait for you

Expenses, voids and closings queue up for the owner, most money first, with photos and reasons.

Credit with limits

Each customer has a limit and an age on what they owe. Going over it needs a named approval.

Stock spot checks

Count a few lines at random. Shortfalls show at cost, with who counted them.

Negotiated prices, with a floor

Cashiers can bargain down to the floor you set. Anything below needs a manager's PIN.

Every record carries a name

Who sold it, who voided it, who approved it and when. Nothing changes silently.

Three people, three screens, one set of numbers

Each role sees what it needs and nothing it could quietly change. These are the real screens.

Questions shop owners ask

Does it work when the network or the power goes?

Yes. Sales, repayments, expenses and shift counts are saved on the phone and sync when the connection returns. Each screen shows whether it is synced or how many records are waiting. A phone charged from a power bank keeps selling through an ENEO cut.

Which payments does it track?

Cash, MTN MoMo, Orange Money and sales on credit, and any mix of them in one sale. For MoMo and Orange the cashier records the reference from the confirmation SMS, and the manager ticks each one off against the shop phone at closing.

Who sees what?

Cashiers see their own shift and sales. Managers see their branch and prepare the closing. The owner sees every branch, approves, and is the only one who can reopen a closed day. Valekora staff see nothing inside your shop unless you open access for a set time.

What if a cashier sells below the price?

Each product has a floor price. A cashier can negotiate down to it; below it, a manager enters their PIN on the same phone, and the sale records who approved it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Reports export to CSV, and the owner can download every record of the business in one file at any time.

What does it cost, and how do we start?

5 000 FCFA a month for one shop, 10 000 for up to three branches, paid by MoMo, Orange Money or bank transfer; the first 14 days are free and there is no contract. We start with a demo on your own products and one real day of sales, then set the shop up with you.
